First half of 2022: Shoreline experienced a 12.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Shoreline rose by $91,250 while total sales increased by 15.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 274 homes sold, with a median sale price of $838,750 - a 12.2 percent increase over the $747,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 238 homes sold in Shoreline in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
